Hello Ria et al, Because of the large amount of additional edits, and because the original draft is flawed; I withdraw my previous approval of the current draft. I would ask that a new draft #2 be prepared and circulated with the changes that; encompass and memorialize the updated Minute 34, does include the Committee members who are not Board members, and the new language that Bud and Mickey propose. If a motion is not substantially changed, we have allowed for minor edits after the Board meeting in rare instances. A few times the in past when edits for clarity were being made on the floor real time during the meeting, it was acknowledged that the wording would be "fixed" later when the minutes were written. Of course, I think we all would agree this is not the best practice for motions, but sometimes the exception is warranted. Carla, let's get a clean version out to ODV again so everyone can see these changes made today. Thanks. Carla Since there are several other corrections here is one more: Min 6 last paragraph Responding to a question regarding scholarships under $500 should read Responding to a question regarding scholarship trust fund balances under $500 My recollection is the discussion was about scholarship trust funds with small balances and not the actual scholarship amount. Maybe Mr. Abernethy could verify.
