In accordance with the procedure and timetable established by IARU Region 2, the Executive Committee has authorized the submission of the attached proposals for amendments to the Region 2 band plans. The proposals were formulated by the ARRL Bandplan Committee after consideration of membership input as described in the committee report. Only the document "ARRL proposals Region 2 band plan.doc" has been submitted to Region 2.
