Greetings from Domodedevo, Russia. The 48 teams who will be operating in the World Radiosport Team Championship during this weekend's IARU HF World Championship are heading to their sites right now to set up and get ready for the start at 1200Z. They will be using callsigns such as R31A and R39R from Field Day style setups: 100 watts, a tribander and low inverted vees for 40/80. Please find attached Document 12, the report of the Chief Technology Officer, in Word 97-2003 format. Document 12A, Fritz Raab's report on WD2XSH experimental license activity, will soon follow. I am reserving Document 12B for the report from the Advanced Digital Technologies Working Group, contemplated by Minute 53 of the 2010 Annual Meeting. In the attachment, I write that the chair of the working group has not yet reported.
