The ARRL Continuing Education Program (CEP) -- within the Education Services Department -- has announced that access to the CEP database on the ARRL Web site has been restored for online mentors and for students. Directly below, you'll see a copy of the email that ARRL Headquarters has sent to mentors advising them of this. I am very happy to report that the mentor page functionality is now up and available. The page may look a bit different than it used to, but it works much the same way. The mentor page can be found here: http://www.arrl.org/mentor-student-list. You can view your active student listings, or all of your student listings. In addition, you will again be able to change student statuses as you had been in the past (i.e. instructor passed, etc.). Please be sure you are logged in to the ARRL website to view your student listings. In addition, students are now able to view their course listing roster here: http://www.arrl.org/student-course-history. Any student who has successfully passed a course will be able to print off a copy of their certificates at will. Of course, if a class has been recently completed, ARRL will still continue to send out an original certificate of completion. Any students having difficulty obtaining a certificate through the online service may contact cep(a)arrl.org for assistance. Please let me know if you have any questions.
