Last Friday at 1 PM I made certain to send to ODV the FCC letters to the City of Manassas and COMTek that were the subject of our lead Web story and the ARRL Letter several hours later. Unfortunately, the attachments were too big to clear Lyris and I did not receive a "bounce" message. I did not realize until yesterday that the message was not delivered. It was my intention to make sure that you all knew before anyone else what had occurred. I'm disappointed that it didn't work out that way. I will break it down into three parts in the hope that at least two of the three will make it through.
