To date, I have received six postcards. Five came with either 37, 39, or 41 cent stamps. The one that arrived with the correct postage for a postcard of 26 cents, came from a fellow with whom I have had several previous "let's agree to disagree" happenings. What makes this one the most noteworthy to me is a hand written note, in large print, over the printed text, to wit: "BS! Follow the DXCC rules! Stick to the DXAC/DXCC decision.
