makes this one the most noteworthy to me is a hand written note, in large print, over the<br>printed text, to wit:<br><br>&quot;BS!&nbsp; Follow the DXCC rules!&nbsp; Stick to the DXAC/DXCC decision.&nbsp; ARRL is right on this one.&quot;<br>
