Kudos to ARRL staff for the absolutely wonderful tribute to Chip, K7JA in today's ARRL Bulletin. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Even though Chip and I ran in some of the same circles in the earlier days, we were never "in the same circle" when it came to sheer ability.
