Kudos to ARRL staff for the absolutely wonderful tribute to Chip, K7JA in today's ARRL Bulletin. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Even though Chip and I ran in some of the same circles in the earlier days, we were never "in the same circle" when it came to sheer ability. He was, and will be, an amateur radio icon.
