Joyce, Sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to get my facts straight. You make an excellent point and we are asked this question a lot. Anyone can re-take a course at the regular rate if they believe it would benefit them. However, we do not offer a refresher course at a special rate for two reasons: First, CTDLC, our course vendor/platform charges us the same software license fee for every enrollment, new or old; Second, our IT infrastructure has no provision for an additional rate or course level. Jon would have to create it.
