Joyce,

Sorry for the delayed response.  I wanted to get my facts straight.  You make an excellent point and we are asked this question a lot.  Anyone can re-take a course at the regular rate if they believe it would benefit them.  However, we do not offer a refresher course at a special rate for two reasons:

            First, CTDLC, our course vendor/platform charges us the same software license fee for every enrollment, new or old;

Second, our IT infrastructure has no provision for an additional rate or course level.  Jon would have to create it.  The system is very kluged up now between CTDLC and our Web site so adding anything else is very difficult.

Harold

Are there any plans for those who have already taken and passed this or any level, for that matter, to refresh ourselves and be aware of the new items that are introduced in the updated versions? If there have been significant changes in Federal Gov't programs and policies, as you have said, then perhaps these changes would warrant a 'refresher' (just addressing the changes), so that a 'new' graduate of a level is not 'on a different' page from those of us who have completed the courses in prior years.
