To: Officers, Directors, and Vice Directors attending the 2019 ARRL National Convention at Hamvention Dear Officers, Directors and Vice Directors: Please be reminded there is free parking at Hamvention, onsite, on a first come, first served basis. There are also many nearby remote lots served by free shuttles. Please see this link for details: https://hamvention.org/travel-parking/directions/. Those requiring ADA/Handicap parking should visit the Hamvention website for instructions. That said, I can acquire up to 6 exhibitor parking passes for car pools of four or more people. If you plan on driving and would like a pass, please send me the names of the four (or more) people in your car pool (including spouses or other guests.) I will let you determine amongst yourselves how you'd like to group up. Please reply to me by Wednesday, May 8 so that there is enough time for the pass to be mailed to you. *Please note, we cannot get more parking passes, as these are factored on the number of exhibitors in each building, and the limited number of parking spaces reserved for exhibitors.
