Dear Officers, Directors and Vice Directors:
Please be reminded there is free parking at Hamvention, onsite, on a first come, first served basis. There are also many nearby remote lots served by free shuttles. Please see this link for details:
https://hamvention.org/travel-parking/directions/. Those requiring ADA/Handicap parking should visit the Hamvention website for instructions.
That said, I can acquire up to 6 exhibitor parking passes for
car pools of four or more people. If you plan on driving and would like a pass, please send me the names of the four (or more) people in your car pool (including spouses or other guests.) I will let you determine amongst yourselves how you’d like
to group up.
Please reply to me by Wednesday, May 8 so that there is enough time for the pass to be mailed to you.
*Please note, we cannot get more parking passes, as these are factored on the number of exhibitors in each building, and the limited number of parking spaces reserved for exhibitors. The passes, if lost, cannot be replaced.
