Directors: Attached are the minutes for the two-part Special Board meeting that was held in November. Please review these and send me your comments/approval by Wednesday 1/11/23. You will note that the minutes were intentionally written to cover only the basic facts of the meetings. Thanks David
In reference to the sentence at the end of the minutes, it's not clear that this particular vote was for Dr. Zygielbaum's original motion, which was originally presented at the start of the meeting on the prior day. Suggestion: "At the request of Director Zygielbaum, a roll call vote was taken on his original motion. The Directors voted accordingly:" Just my two watts... 73; Mike W7VO

Good point, Mike. I think that the it would be better to identify the motions in the sentences. For example: "The motion to move into the Committee of the Whole FAILED with ...." and " The motion brought on behalf of E&E PASSED..." 73, Art -- Arthur I.
