The January-February issue of CQ carries an opinion column by Ted Rappaport, N9NB with the arguments against RM-11708 that were debunked months ago, so - assuming that anyone reads that far into the issue - I guess we can expect another round of overwrought and ill-informed discussion. You're right Mike! By the time most subscribers get their copy of CQ the NPRM will have been implemented and the article proven wrong... Hope does spring eternal... 73 David A.
