The January-February issue of CQ carries an opinion column by
Ted Rappaport, N9NB with the arguments against RM-11708 that were debunked
months ago, so – assuming that anyone reads that far into the issue – I guess we
can expect another round of overwrought and ill-informed
discussion.
Chris Imlay’s report to the Board notes that a Notice of
Proposed Rule Making is expected from the Commission any time
now.
