Some members are reporting that it's failing intermittently. I'm asking because I am getting complaints about it and I would like to respond to these member complaints. Is this one just load or has there been a root cause identified yet? Is HQ aware of the problem? Thanks Ria

If it is, that’s concerning as that’s a 12 hour contest. I did a lot of uploads this weekend. I had problems uploading on Friday and last night, but both problems resolved within an hour. Downloads were not affected. Between NAQP, TN8K and FT8WW, there must be a lot of activity. Our internet provider, Crown Castle, is experiencing issues with their equipment. They are working on it. We've been seeing short outages (2 minutes on avg) every 3-4 hours. It looks like something on their end is resetting. Steve and Jim are on it. In terms of LoTW, the queue is being processed normally but I suspect some members have tried to do a look-up or upload and the system didn't respond.
