Our internet provider, Crown Castle, is experiencing issues with their equipment.  They are working on it.  We've been seeing short outages (2 minutes on avg) every 3-4 hours.  It looks like something on their end is resetting.

Steve and Jim are on it.  In terms of LoTW, the queue is being processed normally but I suspect some members have tried to do a look-up or upload and the system didn't respond.
