My best address for email access during the next two days is kermit@fnal.gov I do sincerely want to thank Mr Mike Gruber, theARRL Laboratory EMC Engineer for his hard work reflected in the ARRL Laboratory reports that were the basis for several filings with the FCC in the past week. The reports that Mr Gruber created are an important aspect to the ongoing effort to assure that Radio Amateurs have clear access to spectrum, and I truly appreciate his hard work on our behalf.
