          I do sincerely want to thank Mr Mike Gruber, the
ARRL Laboratory EMC Engineer for his hard work
reflected in the ARRL Laboratory reports that were
the basis for several filings with the FCC in the past week.
       
          The reports that Mr Gruber created
are an important aspect to the ongoing effort to
assure that Radio Amateurs have clear access to
spectrum, and I truly appreciate his hard work on
our behalf.
