Ladies & Gentlemen: Jon Siverling reports that the Amateur Radio Administration Course (ARAC) (ARRL/IARU Region 2) in Mexico City (CD MX) was attended by 15 regulators. Costa Rica has begun issuing licenses after a nearly four year hiatus. However, operations in Mexico for non-Mexican nationals is still a problem. * Successful Amateur Radio Administration Course (ARAC) (ARRL/IARU Region 2) in Mexico City (CD MX) * 15 participants - *all* regulators - from 4 countries (CLM, CTR, HON, MEX) * Costa Rica success!
