[arrl-odv:19826] Trip report: AES Superfest

The attached document is the report on my trip to the AES Superfest in Milwaukee. 73 - Kay N3KN

Another data point: Gordon West WB6NOA, who just returned from the same event, reported on the activities there on this morning's 75m Southwestern Division Section Managers Net. He was highly complementary of the ARRL team's efforts. Good work, all. He also said that vendors were telling him their business so far this year is up an average of over 20% from last year. 73, Marty N6VI ----- Original Message ----- From: Kay Craigie To: ODV Reflector Sent: Sunday, April 03, 2011 4:22 PM Subject: [arrl-odv:19826] Trip report: AES Superfest The attached document is the report on my trip to the AES Superfest in Milwaukee. 73 - Kay N3KN ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ arrl-odv mailing list arrl-odv@reflector.arrl.org http://reflector.arrl.org/mailman/listinfo/arrl-odv

Kay, I've always wondered how the AES hamfest is worked out; now I know. Tnx. I must say though that you should avoid getting any sense of grandeur over Dir. Isely allowing you to come into the Central Division. He is pretty careless about this. He even lets me in through its leaky border. 73, Jim Jim Weaver, K8JE, Director ARRL Great Lakes Division 5065 Bethany Rd.
