Good afternoon: Attached is the preliminary meeting notice for the 2020 Second Meeting of the ARRL Board of Directors. Please take some time to review the notice as it is a little different from our traditional notice and, in fact, meeting arrangements. This is due to the current mandates for reopening the State of Connecticut which would not allow a large meeting at the hotel until July 20th at the earliest and possibly later. If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
