The attached document is my report on the IARU Region 2 conference in El Salvador. I'd like to thank K1ZZ and K0QB for their outstanding work on the ARRL delegation. This was a smaller delegation than the one which went to Brazil three years ago, but we covered all the bases. 73 - Kay N3KN
