Hello, Please let me know your meal choices. Please respond to me and not ODV by Friday January 4. Dinner choices are: Thursday braised beef short ribs w/ red wine sauce or blackened chicken w/ crawfish cream sauce or sautéed redfish w/ white wine sauce All entrees served with sautéed bay spinach & buttermilk mashed potatoes. Friday filet of beef w/ red wine sauce or redfish w/ lobster & crawfish sauce or double cut pork chop w/ mushroom jus All entrees served with scallion rice & haricots verts (green beans?).
