Attached are the text and graphic depiction of the results of the work of the HF Bandplanning Committee for 2019. These documents represent a sustained effort by the committee over the last 4+ months of 2019. This is the outcome of in-depth discussions of a wide variety of issues that affect and are affected by the allocations in question. I take this opportunity to thank each member of the committee for their contribution. Each person brought a different viewpoint and experience to the discussions, and those perspectives resulted in an improved document. Thank you!
