Hi Henry, QSL. As you know, I have no involvement in reviewing or approving any Division allocations other than sitting as an ex-officio member of the A&F Committee, without vote. Historically the board receives the Plan during the middle to latter part of December, so it is not late. The A&F Committee provided feedback to staff to incorporate into the Plan and it will be sent out as soon as it is incorporated.
