allocations other than sitting as an ex-officio member of the A&F Committee,
without vote.
Whatever
the matter is the A&F Committee can discuss it at their January meeting,
just prior to the board meeting, or drop an email to A&F Chairman
Fenstermaker if it is a matter that needs discussed before
then.

Bill,
As I
stated in my ODV message of November 26 following the A&F meeting,
it will be out soon. Historically the board receives the Plan during the
middle to latter part of December, so it is not late.
The
A&F Committee provided feedback to staff to incorporate into the Plan and
it will be sent out as soon as it is incorporated. Dave or Barry can provide
an update on the current schedule.
