And so this committee meeting is closed to Vice Directors? This is the first I have heard. Does that violate the policy on inclusion? I have heard nothing about this but would like to listen in so as to be in a position to offer advice and counsel, which is a responsibility of vice directors. The Vice Directorsare expected to be present for the rest of the Board Meeting an participate inthe meeting of the whole once it has been reconvened. And so I take it that the discussions tonight will be fair game for discussion with the Vice Directors after tonight's meeting, in view of the requirement we be included in all board matters when all directors are involved.
