And so I take it that the discussions tonight will be fair game
for discussion with the Vice Directors after tonight's meeting, in
view of the requirement we be included in all board matters when
all directors are involved. Or did I misunderstand that tonight is
only the committee with no directors?
Hello Bob -
Just as with all of the other meetings with the CEO search and thecandidate interviews, Vice-Directors have not been invited. The Vice Directorsare expected to be present for the rest of the Board Meeting an participate inthe meeting of the whole once it has been reconvened. That will be this Sundaymorning, August 16th 9:00 AM Mountain time. I will be sending the invitationstomorrow to the Board.

And so this committee meeting is closed to Vice Directors? This is the first I have heard. Does that violate the policy on inclusion? I have heard nothing about this but would like to listen in so as to be in a position to offer advice and counsel, which is a responsibility of vice directors.

Just a reminder . . . Tonight Kermit, W9XA, will host a ZOOM meeting of the Board for the purpose of listening to W6ROD tell us what he has gleaned from the references of CEO candidates.
Directors will vote on the CEO question this weekend, so this meeting is important.
