And so I take it that the discussions tonight will be fair game for discussion with the Vice Directors after tonight's meeting, in view of the requirement we be included in all board matters when all directors are involved. Or did I misunderstand that tonight is only the committee with no directors?

Hello Bob -

         Just as with all of the other meetings with the CEO search and the

candidate interviews, Vice-Directors have not been invited. The Vice Directors

are expected to be present for the rest of the Board Meeting an participate in

the meeting of the whole once it has been reconvened.  That will be this Sunday

morning, August 16th 9:00 AM Mountain time.  I will be sending the invitations

tomorrow to the Board.
