Dear Officers, Directors and Vice Directors of the ARRL: Attached are two documents: the shuttle schedule between ARRL HQ and the Marriott Farmington for Wednesday and Thursday, and the airport arrival times I have received from everyone. (For those who've not responded, I have used the hotel's check-in/check-out times. Please contact me directly if you have updated travel times.) I will send everyone's departure times next week. Please be reminded: There is not shuttle service between the airport and this hotel. You must arrange your own transportation to and from the airport, whether a ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft or a yellow cab. (Please be aware cabs cost significantly more than a Uber, so we suggest you select an Uber whenever possible.) We also strongly encourage you to share rides where possible, including rental cars. Please use the attached airport arrival form and contact each other directly if you and another Board member may be able to share transportation. One final note-if you are one of the few attendees who did not send me your meal preferences, I selected for you based on your choices at the last meeting.
