Here is the bullet point paper that Mike Lisenco and I have been using most recently. What we went in with last week was a version of this on ARRL letterhead that TKG worked up and a copy of the discussion draft of the Bill. Also, as soon as Dan Henderson is back from F’hafen an informational bulletin for the grass roots will be prepared so we’ll have it when the time is right to send it out.
