It will take me a while to complete the minutes of the March 11 EC meeting - I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow morning and will beack March 22, although I hope to have a chance to finish the draft while I'm gone. In the meantime, here is the index of outstanding Board Action Items, updated through the end of the meeting.
