The e-mail originated from "ARRL Identity Provider" (noreply@arrl.org<mailto:noreply@arrl.org>), and seemed to be part of setting up the two-step authentication process. After I clicked on it I received a legit looking ARRL Personify page thanking me for confirming my e-mail address.
