The member data change pages on our Web site have now gone "live." Members can now change their information, such as their address, on the Web site, and we do not have to re-key it manually. 2. All membership information either entered on the Web or in Siebel here at HQ, is now entered into our system within 15 minutes. (Note: an entry may take longer if there are potential problems with the information that need to be resolved by manual review.) Previously the internal manual process could back up membership orders for days. Thanks to Jon Bloom, John Proctor and Amy Hurtado 3. We can now enter credit cards much faster in DxCC. Typical processing time has gone from 15 minutes to 30 seconds. This enhancement will help us to speed up processing of DxCC applications.
