Mike, I've given this some thought, and noticed that there has been no traffic on odv other than your original query. I don't see a need for this system. I always maintained good communications with my seven SMs during my tenure as a Director, and don't what advantage there will be from a facility with participation described as not a prerequisite. I sent out a suggestion several weeks ago suggesting that we set up a Groupio group for SM's and ODV member. I know of several Directors who like the idea, but I haven't heard much else.
What do people think? Such a thing wouldn't be mandatory, so people could choose to participate or not as they see fit.
I don't imagine this takes a Board vote to do, but I would like some idea as to whether folks are willing, or if not, why not.
