I've given this some thought, and noticed that there has been no traffic on odv other than your original query.

I don't see a need for this system. I always maintained good communications with my seven SMs during my

tenure as a Director, and don't what advantage there will be from a facility with participation described as not

a prerequisite. Additionally, I do see a need for the members of the Board to sanction such an action.
