I watched the entire session. Mike did great, and quickly and accurately answered the questions. However, testimonies were limited to 5 minutes. The bulk of the ARRL testimony was in the dictum that was in the record. there is a period of time now, where the senators can address our writing. 73, Jim

I skipped around in the recording to find the segments relevant to Amateur Radio. I found one at about 1:30, and another at 01:59. Because the witnesses respond to questions from the Senators, not all of Mike Lisenco's testimony is in one place.
