I skipped around in the recording to find the segments relevant to Amateur Radio. I found one at about 1:30, and another at 01:59. Because the witnesses respond to questions from the Senators, not all of Mike Lisenco's testimony is in one place. There may be another short segment in which Mike speaks, but these are the ones I found.
