It appeared that there had not been strict compliance with the mandated “social distancing” rules that were applied to staff permitted in the building to pack for the move. When conditions permit, staff will be permitted to return to their offices in the new building. But those who do not wish to do so will be permitted to continue to telework from home at least until next June, per the announcement. (Keep in mind that a change in Administration is widely expected in January, without regard to election results.) As I said last week, most of the FCC priority operations, including licensing and major rule makings (as determined by the Chairman) have continued without significant delay.
