The FCC has denied our request to keep a long-dormant proceeding concerning the 2300-2305 MHz band open, but has observed that we can file a fresh petition if we wish to do so. See attached, as well as [arrl-odv:20092] dated July 20. Dave K1ZZ <<DA-11-1833A1.doc>>
