Please note that the fillable accommodation form must be returned no later than Monday, December 20, 2021. Also attached is a preliminary pro forma agenda for your review. The full agenda will be circulated later with the formal meeting notice. Please be reminded that if you have a motion for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, in order for them to pass with the simple two-thirds majority, those items must be received no later than 30-days before the meeting, which is Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
