Dear Officers, Directors and Vice Directors of the ARRL:

As ARRL Secretary, I am sending you the attached Advance Notice of the 2022 Annual Board Meeting with an accommodation form.  Please note that the fillable accommodation form must be returned no later than Monday, December 20, 2021.  Also attached is a preliminary pro forma agenda for your review.  The full agenda will be circulated later with the formal meeting notice. 

Please be reminded that if you have a motion for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, in order for them to pass with the simple two-thirds majority, those items must be received no later than 30-days before the meeting, which is Wednesday, December 22, 2021.  After that date, 12 affirmative votes will be required, rather than 10.
