This is to advise the entire Board that Mr. Imlay and apparently Mr. Lisenco, are pursuing another E&E action. I received the complaint notice below from Mr. Norris, who chairs the E&E Committee. I, and others that I have consulted with, believe the "complaint" is without merit. Yet, the Ethics and Elections Committee persists in pursuing it, apparently without first taking steps to verify the truth of statements made. In addition to the original "complaint," I am forwarding you my reply to Mr. Norris and additional related communication that I've sent to him.
