Just as with all of the other meetings with the CEO search and the candidate interviews, Vice-Directors have not been invited. The Vice Directors are expected to be present for the rest of the Board Meeting an participate in the meeting of the whole once it has been reconvened. That will be this Sunday morning, August 16th 9:00 AM Mountain time. I will be sending the invitations tomorrow to the Board.
