Gary, this was covered in the January 17, 2002 A&F meeting, the minutes of which were distributed at the January Board meeting. See minute 2: "It was moved by Mr. Harrison and seconded by Mr. Bellows that the CFO solicit proposals from auditing firms for audit and tax services for the year beginning January 1, 2003. Mr. Stinson will communicate this motion to the Foundation." Today a subcommittee of A&F is meeting with firms that responded to the request proposals. Greetings Lisa- I'm not sure how to interpret the above info you sent. My plane supposedly arrives at Hartford Bradley Int'l Wednesday night at midnight. Can I call a hotel shuttle at that time of night or do I need to take a cab to the hotel? My flight departs 6 am Sunday morning. Will a hotel shuttle be available to take me from the hotel to the airport at 4:45 in the morning or should I take a cab? My experience has been that hotel shuttles are available 24 hours a day - one just calls them from the airport at any time to get picked up. And hotel shuttles often leave the hotel every half hour 24 hours a day if anyone needs to go to the airport. It doesn't sound like this is the case at this Marriott. 73, Twila
