Eric Heis has left Chwat & Company. Starting next Monday, April 9 there will be a new Director of Government Relations at the firm, Janet Worthington, who will be handling the ARRL's issues. Janet has four years of experience on the Hill as a legislative staffer with two Representatives. She is a graduate of UCLA and has handled a wide variety of issues, including telecommunications. John Chwat says, "I think Janet will be an excellent addition to our staff and will continue the high level of service that I expect for implementing ARRL legislative objectives." In the interim John is directly monitoring and implementing our legislative priorities, and will continue this involvement after Janet joins his staff. Dave Sumner, K1ZZ
