Greetings. Attached is my report to the Board in advance of the upcoming meeting. Please keep this confidential, as it contains some sensitive tactical and strategic information that would be highly damaging if publicly disclosed. This report references two short powerpoint presentations that I would like to?deliver at the Board meeting, with the Board's indulgence. One deals with D-Star and whether or not it is a repeater system, a topic of some significant debate in the field and at FCC. The other deals with the legalities of Winlink operation, about?which FCC would like the Board's views. Paul Rinaldo and I have worked on the D-Star matter, and Dan Henderson, Steve Ford and?I have addressed the Winlink matter.
