I will be in Geneva to attend the 50th anniversary ceremonies of the International Amateur Radio Club, host organization of 4U1ITU. At that event, courtesy of Director Edgar, I will present to Joe Taylor K1JT the 2010 Doug DeMaw W1FB Technical Excellence Award that was voted by the Board last August. Joe was invited to Geneva by the Secretary General of the ITU to give a speech. If I can be of any help to the IARU group in Geneva I will do so. Otherwise I will observe and learn. 73, Kay N3KN
