[ARRL-ODV:9050] BPL fileing

Yesterday, Chris Imlay, ESQ our general counsel filed our comments on the BPL NOI . You may go to the FCC web and search under 03-104 if you have a lot of time on your hands. Our document was 120 pages and therein lies the problem. We can e-mail it we think to some of you, but that is a huge file. I talked to Chris, and I think the first 22 pages which is our written statement would suffice, but does not include the scientific data that was developed largely by Ed Hare, W1RFI. Ed was not alone in that Paul Rinaldo was also instrumental even though he was doing duty in the WRC. In short they did an outstanding job! This is something that the board needs to be up to speed on, but I am not sure how to get you all the data. At this point, I am going to suggest that Chris send the statement, and possibly later the engineering data by some other method. We might make copies for distribution next week for those who wants a complete document. 73 Jim Haynie, W5JBP
